I really enjoyed my stay. I felt it was a bit much to charge £10 parking when I paid so much for the room, dinner, spa and treatment and breakfast. So would have been a nice gesture to give free overnight parking. I have no complaints really, only that maybe there should be more consideration and compassion for neurodiverse people like myself. When I arrived I was a bit anxious and overwhelmed with sensory things and I was bombarded with so much info all at once. When I explained to the receptionist I had ADHD and struggles with information all at once and she still continued being really fast. So I panicked quite a bit about where to go and what to do. It would be nice to have someone actually show me what to do rather than tell me.

Lovely room and very happy that I could check in earlier than expected. I do miss the biscuits! Hotels these days have become biscuit scrooges!

Friendly check in. Good size room that was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking

Easy to locate as it's right by Birmingham airport which also links to the NEC via Airlink. I stayed for 6 nights and it was cheap and cheerful and fit for its intended purpose - the staff were lovely and very helpful when I had an issue with my card key (mobile phones can de-magnetise the card and stop it from working) Despite being near the airport I had no issue with outside noise which is fantastic as I am a very light sleeper I would definitely stay there again

The breakfast was well worth it. Kept me full through my busy days. The style of the place was very nice, and it made for a nice social atmosphere. The shower was a bit tight to turn around in.
