Compare Cheap Hotels in Chester

The hotel is excellent. The staff are amazing especially at reception. The room was nice but I would upgrade next time as the room was next to an air conditioning unit which was quite noisy at night.

Our stay at the Chester Grosvenor was great. Centrally located and large well appointed rooms. Service from check in and check out was very efficient. Valeria our breakfast attendant was great. Special mention to the awesome door attendants, Kevin, Keith and David. Their attention to service and their friendly and helpful manner was of an excellent standard.

Was a 4-day business trip. We could not get a dog sitter so the dogs had to come along too. The staff made us feel so welcome. Arranging times around our busy schedules. The staff made the stressful 4 days so much easier for us

The staff at reception are so kind and personable. The room we booked was spacious and clean. It is a bit dated in areas but nothing you wouldn’t expect for such an old building. Bed was comfortable and coffee/tea tray was lovely. Walkable to every attraction you would want to see, as well as shopping and restaurants. Recommend!

The canal view room was spacious and relaxing, especially after a long week - definitely worth paying the extra. The main shopping street is 5 minutes walk, great location.
