Wonderful and relaxing stay. We enjoyed every second and the massage at the spa was the best we’ve ever had. Staff go above and beyond to make everything perfect!

I liked that it was quite central. Staff was really lovely and helpful. It was fairly unpersonal and lacking charm! The outside needs desperate attention : painting and repair. The pool area and back of building was very poor : it needs updating and painted etc it really didn’t entice me to spend time around the pool. Bedroom and bathroom lovely and comfortable but our terrace looked out on the street and it was v noisy so it kept me waking up throughout the night. Breakfast was a very good offering! The jazz singer and band band was great on Friday night and a lovely surprise! It feels very big (unnecessary so) with huge empty space that lacks atmosphere big time. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel overall but staff were v nice!
