We had a 6:00 AM flight the next morning so went down the night before at 4:15 PM to have an early dinner. We were very rudely told that it was not an early dinner but a late lunch and could not sit in the dining room! They did however say we could go up to the bar and order. I ordered pork cutlets and a pint of beer off the menu and was promptly told they had no pork cutlets and couldn’t have a beer for another hour!!! We left and ordered in from outside the hotel. The shuttle gives no help with luggage and dropped us off a km. away from the terminal. We have stayed in many Hiltons but this was unacceptable!

Thank you for a great stay - all staff were welcoming, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Exceptionally clean rooms, excellent pool, and top notch restaurant. Great choice of delicious food, even down to breakfast condiments. Modern and spacious decor. Good parking and transport links. Highly recommend!

Staff friendly and courteous. Nice room, beautiful bathroom with eco friendly containers of body wash, shampoo and body lotion. A personal bug bare of mine is the oversized bath towels, totally not required. I use a hand towel, more than sufficient.

Great check in, wonderful room, what I ate at the restaurant was okay but service was poor. They forgot about part my order and twice I had to literally get out of my seat and walk to the bar to ask for service. I was completely ignored.

Room first of all had no towels had to wait nearly an hour for them Room was freezing one small electric heater which had been switched off at the wall took all night to warm up the room even in the morning the room was cold Also no heater in the bathroom whatsoever it was like a freezer in there Rooms just seem tired & so does the hotel
