Located just a few kilometers from the medieval village of Cutigliano, at 900 meters above sea level, this mountain hut is surrounded by forests of chestnut and beech trees, providing peace and tranquility. The property consists of 12 tastefully furnished units, each with an independent entrance, spacious terraces, and a large shared garden of 4000 m². Guests can relax in the shade of the chestnut trees, have a barbecue, or enjoy the panoramic views of the Tusco-Emilian Apennines.

Ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, the location offers a variety of activities such as trekking, guided excursions, paragliding, fishing, quad biking, and rafting.
