"Royalton used to be great place to stay. Current management is very non-customer oriented. Increasing in cost, decreasing in service. Breakfast buffet far fewer items now. Though minibar indicated as included in price, alas, no minibar. Have to beg for towels. At least the long-time staff members ..."
