The house is all one level. There are no stairs to get inside. To help give your mind a walkthrough of how the house is set up, here’s a brief description of each area of the house.
➤ The living room contains two sleeper sofas and an armchair, with a coffee table that has a sliding top where we store bedding for sleeper sofas. The seating is arranged to face the TV and the sleeper sofas allow us to sleep up to 8 overnight guests.
➤ All 3 bedrooms have a queen-sized bed to accommodate up to 2 guests per room.
➤In the Kitchen, there is a designated workspace for anyone needing to get some work done.
➤ The Kitchen shares space with the dining area (all in one room) and is fitted with a large enough table to seat 6-8 people, 6 chairs remain around the table at all times, and there is a chair at the desk and also another chair in the master bedroom if you need to seat 8.
➤ The patio has 2 chairs and an outdoor coffee table. Hanging patio lights help set a relaxing mood in the evening.
➤ There are 2 full bathrooms with showers and the guest bathroom has a tub. One in the master bedroom and one in the hallway.
➤ Guests will have access to the entire home except for the hall closet which is set aside as our maid and maintenance closet.
➤ The Front door has an electronic smart lock, so no physical keys are needed to get checked in! We will provide the 4-digit code with the check-in instructions before arrival, If there are any issues, we can help you unlock or lock it remotely. The lock does require someone close at hand in order to lock/unlock it (even if we send a signal to it to lock and or unlock).
I’m not available in person. However, I am available 24/7, if you will simply message me through the VRBO platform, I will quickly respond to your questions and concerns. Also, our property has keyless entry, so guests will be able to check in anytime after the check-in time.

Events are allowed, but only for the number of people who are reported to be sleeping during the stay. Any more than that is considered a "party". No parties allowed. Parties are defined by whether you have more occupants than you've listed when booking. Parties will incur a $200 fee. (communicate with the Host to confirm more definitive terms)
Cleaning Fees for Longer Stays:
“Stays over 21 days require mid-stay cleaning. When booking over 28 days, cleanings are required every 14 days. All stays have a built-in cleaning upon Checkout.”
WHEN CHECKING OUT... Please make sure to do the following:
1. Take the trash to the dumpster (back alley).
2. Load the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and start a load.
3. Take all dirty towels and put them in the clothes hamper that's in the washroom.
4. If you bring pets, please pick up dog waste in the yard.
5. Set the thermostat back to 68ºF in the winter and 73ºF in the summer.
6. Remove food from the fridge and oven to prevent pests.
7. Secure the premises - Lock both the back door and the front door, and make sure all windows are latched. If we find that the property has not been secured, there will be a $25 fee.
