I liked the location (very close to the train) and certain aspects of the property (the communal kitchen/living room was cool), but I had two major issues. The first is that the website is misleading and does not clearly disclose that you will be sharing a bathroom; I booked a private "superior queen room" and when you look at the pictures for it, it includes a bathroom and doesn't indicate that it's shared.
The second issue was the bedding. It was incredibly cheap and uncomfortable and both my partner and I woke up with neck/back pain, which never happens to us in hotels. It was because the property provided one (1!) uncomfortable, flat, small square pillow per guest, and a very thin mattress pad. Given that the cost of this room ($300) was on par with what other more traditional hotels in the area charged for private rooms, it was a bad value. It would cost all of $100 to upgrade the bedding in the room we stayed in to be comfortable and not cause physical pain.
It's a shame, because I liked talking to the other guests and the location of the property, but given the combination of the misleading information about the bathroom, the most uncomfortable bedding I've ever encountered, and the lack of competitive pricing compared to private rooms in nicer facilities nearby, I can't honestly say that I'd pick this particular property again.
