Stayed at The Signature, a great facility. Jennifer from Accra Luxury provided outstanding customer service, resolving a delayed check-in and facilitating an upgrade to address room issues. Despite initial challenges, the overall experience was excellent, and I would definitely book with them again.

The hotel was ok for our one night stay there. I found the floors and surfaces were not as clean as I would have liked. Plus checking in was a little bit of a headache. No wifi in the lobby only the rooms. With a few improvements, this could be great.

Small section of the road leading to the beautiful property is not tarred so dirt and dust in that area. They need to tar that road. The internet in the last 2-3 days of my stay was not working which was a little frustrating but overall I will stay again at the property.

Took 1,5 hrs to check in. Was not given key to elevator so had to take one to top floor (public access to bar) and walk down few stories (same when needed to exit building) No hairdryer , after asked for one was told associate is on the way with one. Twice same reply but two days later no one showed up.

I asked the third party agent to replace the water with belaqua or voltic which she agreed and took away the other brand which I think is Verna. She never came back. I called the conceirge and on four different times, they told me someone would deliver the water but to no avail. I requested for it again in the morning with breakfast and nothing happened. This is very appalling.

Second time is NOT a charm
Second time is definitely not a charm. My first trip to the Signature apartments was wonderful so I decided to go back again. Used the same management company (Accra Luxury Apartments) and they flopped. We spent nearly twice per night as we did the week prior but got the worst service from Jennifer (our host). The TV remote didn’t work. All we couple watch was what was prescheduled when the remote worked in the past. She refused to change it. Said we have to pay for upgraded WiFi to get a working remote. The iron was missing from the room. She harassed us about it the entire day before getting us an Iron. She delivered breakfast after 10 am our first morning when we ordered it to be delivered by 8. The list goes on. I’m sad to say I won’t stay at the signature again unless I’m assured a new host. Jennifer was not the one I would recommend.
