The bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom lacked basic amenities like shampoo and body soap. Additionally, the surrounding streets were muddy and unpaved, causing shoes to get dirty frequently. I requested to be relocated to another room multiple times, but their consistent response was 'there are no available rooms.' This was despite the fact that several rooms of the same type were showing as available on Expedia for the same hotel.

This was the best bang for my buck. zi wish I had discovered them when I first arrived to Addis Ababa. Everything was impeccable from the rooftop lounge to the free gourmet style buffet. The staff also amazing.

My experience at Bentark hotel during my 2-week stay in Addis Ababa was exceptional. The rooms was clean, spacious, and quiet. The restaurant is open 24/7 and the food is good. I would like to highlight their wonderful staff who were helpful and kind at all times. I recommend this hotel which is also conveniently located close to Bole airport

This is one of the Greatest Hotel in Addis Abeba, Ethiopia @ Bole area. I was staying for 8 weeks. The PRICE is fair with nice free breakfast plus free shuttle service. (Specially if you booked on Expedia.com) The ROOM are so CLEAN,BIG & some of them are with balcony with great views. The room is cleaning everyday. The LIGHT and WATER is always ON. Which means if something is happening they have generator to turn on back. The EMPLOYEES are all of them so friendly. ( my Favorite front deck employee is HAREGE. She is so friendly with nice greeting plus bright smiling always.) The MANAGER Semegnshe is so nice. The AREA is so convenient for everything. This is a great place to staying. I am really enjoying staying this hotel. Thank you all very much.
