The staff was very attentive and accommodating and really tried to make everything perfect. In all the years I have stayed in Ethiopia, this is one of the few comfortable hotel beds I have had. I was thankful for good sleep at night. Th laundry service was also good. The free breakfast night was extensive and very good and the dining room atmosphere was very pleasant.

We had to stay overnight due to a delayed flight. Chose the hotel as it had “excellent” reviews. The staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel is old and in need of an upgrade. The bed was awful and bedding even worse. The reviews on Expedia are usually accurate but this one was a miss

It was my second stay and for longer. Most staff are evidently working hard to improve all aspects of the hotel and make the guests feel comfortable. Value for money is guaranteed at a very reasonable cost.
