Another Great Stay with some Room for Improvement
Having stayed at this hotel before, we chose it again for its consistent standards, ease of use, and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it was another enjoyable stay, thanks to the hotel’s high standards, great food, and welcoming staff.
Positives:
Staff: The team was fantastic—friendly, efficient, and always smiling. They really enhanced our experience.
Food & Music: We enjoyed the diverse food options and appreciated the lively music choices, which added to the holiday vibe.
Areas for Improvement:
Upgrade Pressure: This time, we noticed a persistent push for upgrades, from drinks to dining experiences. Being on an all-inclusive package, it felt a bit tiresome to navigate menus with constant reminders of what wasn’t included. On holiday, we prefer to relax, not negotiate at every turn.
Premier Restaurants: While the general food quality was excellent, the premier restaurants didn’t quite hit the mark. The choice and quality there seemed to lag behind the rest of the dining options, which felt like a missed opportunity.
Entertainment Presence: Compared to our previous stay, there seemed to be fewer entertainers around the site. It gave the impression of cost-cutting, which slightly dimmed the usual lively atmosphere.
Despite these small drawbacks, we had another great stay and would still recommend the hotel. A few adjustments could take the experience from good to exceptional. Looking forward to seeing improvement.
