If it was refundable I would of left.
Room looked nice at first glance. But beds were dirty and so was the shower. Multiple hidden fees i didn't know about until Check in. Also, no phone, internet or cable. That wasnt told until check in either. Check in at the convenience store was weird.

Do not stay at this hotel!!!
The hotel had no TV or Internet and even though we checked in after the 3:00 pm check in time (at 4:45 pm) our room still was not ready. The bed is horrible (like sleeping on the ground except for the metal springs poking through the mattress) and the room had only 1 working light which had only 1 working bulb even though there were 4 bulbs for the ceiling light, 2 lamps, a bathroom light and hall light... Only one worked!!!! Did I mention the hotels TV and Internet was out the entire time!!

I messaged them 2 different times to let them know i would be arriving extremely late and to please hold my room. After evacuating Florida and the trip taking 8 hours instead of 4.5 due to the number of people evacuating as well and they assured me my room would still be there i was informed upon finally arriving that my room had been cancelled

My wife was afraid to park our car there .we left to many drug addicts and shady people than I was told I can't get my money back so if your on your phone looking look somewhere else rooms are discusting
