The Space:
The ground floor is the heart of the home, boasting an open-plan design that seamlessly connects the dream kitchen, lounge, and dining area—all oriented towards spectacular coastal views. Additional amenities include a spacious laundry, walk-in pantry, stunning bathroom, and entertainment spaces such as a grand piano with a view, outdoor dining with a BBQ, and a wood-fired pizza oven.

The lower ground floor houses four spacious bedrooms, all with built-in robes and private sliding doors leading to the beach via a gated path. This level also includes two family bathrooms, a cinema, and another home office.

For additional space, the guest house offers one bedroom, a lounge, bathroom, kitchenette, and balcony with views of the pool and ocean—perfect for larger or multiple families.

All floors are accessible by a lift in the main house, and hydronic heating ensures comfort during winter months.

Guests will have full access to all areas of the property, including the:
