The ground floor welcomes you with a private entrance and a light-filled living area equipped with a TV, Netflix, books, and a record player, providing plenty of entertainment options for your downtime. Central heating and cooling keep temperatures comfortable year-round, while a home office provides a quiet space for focused work or creative projects.
The open-plan kitchen and dining area are equipped with all you need to prepare and enjoy meals at home. Step outside to a private garden, complete with a gas BBQ and outdoor dining area, perfect for relaxing after a day of work or beachside adventures.
