The carpets were stained everywhere. The bedding skirt was stained. The toilet wasn’t fully cleaned in the bathroom, and there was multiple spots in the bathroom that hadn’t been cleaned. I would have cancelled and stayed elsewhere but everywhere was booked. It was so disgusting, that I thought I had to check for bed bugs. Luckily there were none. Would not recommend.

The staff was amazing. Very friendly and welcoming. The cleanliness was awful. We found stains on our bedding, and bugs in our room. We were told there were no extra pillows. We were looking for extra for my grandson.
