This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was what you would expect from a recently upgraded premier inn. Bed was really comfortable lots of space in the room bathroom nice and shower powerful. The breakfast was really good, first toast machine that conveys the slices through it that has got it right first attempt, not burnt or anemic. Location is great for a quick walk to lots of bars and restaurants and it has free onsite parking 👍. Best part of the whole experience was the staff very friendly and helpful
Had a bit of a problem checking in due to a new system. But Liz on reception soon sorted it out with a very friendly and reassuring service. Will come back here again because of the friendly welcome and also a very comfortable room.
Its exactly like advertised. Excellent breakfast and at night had a club sandwich. Wow, option of home made chips, lovely option. Would definitely recommend. Will be back.

The electrics in the room were poor, the right hand side of the socket did not work, the light on the right hand side of the television began blinking and then we could not run it off, the phone was not working at all and we had to take it down to reception but were not given another, there was a
child's drawing on the room wall as you walked in.
The bathroom was great and very clean the bed was very clean and smelt good, but the other things let it down enormously. Having just come back form Croatia were everything in the hotel was lovely we felt very let down by the English hotel.
Excellent value hotel with parking included. Room was a bit tired and safe didn't work, but had a good night's sleep and bed comfy. Staff were superb too. I'd choose to stay here again when in Preston.
