Two bedroom villa with a mountain view terrace that provides amazing views over the orange groves down to Adsubia, which can be strolled in the evenings for a meal or a drink. The beach is just 20 minutes away by car and has over 10KM of golden sand on which to stroll and play. The nearby mountains are full of hiking trails and picturesque villages and a popular destination for cyclists.

Pool:
50 yards down the road and situated on a private deck away from the villas, the shared pool is well-maintained and slightly larger than the majority of private villa pools. Amenities include a shower and depth and safety notices, fencing and a locked gate to deter access by unattended children. Les Basetes is a largely residential area and the pool is not heavily used, as confirmed by our reviews.

Garden:
A pretty sub-tropical garden planted with local flowers and shrubs, accessible directly from the main bedroom. Good for sneaking out in the morning or late at night to grab some peace without waking the kids.

Très bonnes vacances ensoleillées, reposantes dans un joli cadre
Notre famille a beaucoup aimé la maison, agréable et propre dans un lotissement calme en montagne avec jolie vue. Belle piscine peu fréquentée. À un bon quart d'heure des belles plages d'Oliva et Denia mais très faciles d'accès. Très bons échanges avec les propriétaires qui sont très prévenants. Documentations précises du logement et des activités aux environs. Nous recommandons la Casa Anna pour de belles vacances familiales !

Séjour très agréable. Lieu calme et reposant au milieu orangeraies..Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la maison. La piscine est en commun mais nous étions très souvent les seuls à l'utiliser.. Le fait d'être à 1/4 d'heure des différentes plages n'est pas du tout un problème. Les plages ne sont pas surbondées.. Les renseignements d'Anna sont au top Très bonne adresse, à retenir.

Logement de grande qualité très bien équipé!!! L'emplacement est idéale: a seulement 20 minutes des plages et au milieu des montagnes. Nous avons apprécié les paysages de la terrasse ou de la piscine, qui je le confirme est peu fréquenté même en plein mois d'aout! Je recommande vivement cette villa! Stéphane

ferienwohnung fuer kleine familien
geeignete Ferienwohnung fuer Kleinfamilien die nicht unbedingt direkt am strand sein moechten. gut geeignet fuer einen ruhigen Urlaub mit ausserdem guten wandermoeglichkeiten. ansonsten ist an alles gedacht, auch die vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
