The Hotel is very beautiful and gives you a feeling of tranquility. The pool area is very nice, I loved the hot springs area. The breakfast and dinner buffet is very good and varied. There is a need to improve in the Spa. I used it 2 times and the 2nd time it was in the Hamam the girl cut the skin on my arm from brushing too much and too hard. I had the pain for several days. and while they were giving me the treatment outside they made a lot of noise, even laughing. They definitely need to improve in the Spa area.

The staff is very friendly, the facilities are new and everything is clean. We also enjoyed the pool area. The Spa and the Haman are very nice but the Hamam was cold and they make noise when they are giving you a massage. They need to pay more attention or training. The food is not bad, it has variety but the flavor needs to improve. In general we rested well and we liked it.

Yemekleri çok başarılı lezzetli ve çeşit bakımından tatmin edici nitelikte ve sabah öğle akşam öğünlerinin bulunmasının yanında ara öğünlerinin olması gayet memnun edici olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Spa bölümünde tuz odasının işlev dışı olması ve havuzların bir miktar kirli ve bulanık görünmesi pek hoş değildi özellikle dışarıdaki termal havuzda birikmiş halde tortular görünüyordu onun dışında sıcaklığından memnun kaldım, otelin içi gayet sıcak ve hoş kokuluydu, biz ailecek 2 gecelik konaklamamızdan gayet memnun kaldım. Masajı da çok rahatlatıcı ve profesyoneldi. Sadece öğle yemeğinde bazı meşrubatların ücretli olmasını mantıksız buldum. İçeride sigara satılan bir bakkalın olması da iyiydi. Odalar oldukça konforlu ve hoş dizayn edilmiş. Bir de bayanlar havuzunun yemekhane kokması pek hoş değildi açıkçası bunu dikkate alıp çözülebilecek bir durumsa gayet hoş olur. Genel itibariyle memnun kaldığımızı söyleyebilirim.
