Awful. We are a family of 5 people and we paid for a 2 bed apartment that up to 6 people but due to an error on Hotel.com/Management of Lu Lamoni we were given an apartment that could only accommodate 3 people comfortably. In fact, when I checked their reviews (unfortunately after we checked in) it was evident that they have done this to other people, whereby they have mixed up the bookings/ cannot find people's bookings.
Apart from the overcrowding, the kitchen cupboard was musty and the crockery within it were mismatched and some cracked and chipped. It all looked dirty so I didn't want to use them nor the kitchen as it only had 2 hob - inadequate to cook for a family of 5. We were given a cigarette lighter to light the gas cooker!!
There were no door to the main bedroom, hence, no privacy. We had to get changed in bathroom. No mirror in bedroom either,let alone any niceties such as a hair dryer. The bedding was not changed during our weeks stay.
In general the whole apartment and garden is not looked after and maintained. It oozes an air of desolation and neglect. Our time here was so awful we all were excited to check out at the end of the ordeal.
At the time of writing this review we are still seeking a refund and compensation from Hotel.com as we had paid for a 2 bed apartment that sleeps 6 but due to the instruction recieved by the hotel receptionist he had us down as a party of 2adults.
