If you're here in body but in mind you're living it up in Aiguilles, it's time to take that break. Aiguilles' centre doesn't have much accommodation, but you can book a stay in any of the 7 hotels within 10 kilometres of the action.

A couple of the most central hotels on offer, the Hotel & Spa L'Alta Peyra and Le Clôt La Chalp are brilliant places to relax after all those adventures.

You may also like to stay at the Chalet Il Capricorno, which is 25 kilometres away. Or perhaps the Hotel Principi di Piemonte Sestriere, just a distance of 19 kilometres from Aiguilles. If those ones aren't your cup of tea, you may prefer the Hotel Belvedere or the CGH Résidences & Spas Le Chalet des Dolines.

Arvieux is another place where you can lay back and make friends with the room service menu. Sitting 12 kilometres west of Aiguilles, it's where you'll discover the Chateau-Queyras and Col d'Izoard. Arvieux hotel options are the La Ferme de l'Izoard and Mona Lisa Les Granges d'Arvieux. 17 kilometres to the north of Aiguilles you'll find Cesana Torinese, which is home to the Hotel Cima del Bosco and Olympic Mountains B&B. Sitting 25 kilometres to the southwest of Aiguilles is Vars, a regional centre with a population of 700. It's home to some great attractions, like Crevoux Ski Lift, Chabrieres Ski Lift and Tk Peynier 1. TS Sibières and TSD Peyrol are a couple more attractions which are sure to offer up some envy-inducing photo ops. The Chalet-Hôtel Alpage & Spa and Chalet Hôtel L'Ecureuil are a couple of accommodation options in Vars.

After being squashed in a cabin seat for hours, a nice comfy bed at the Jet Hotel will be bliss! If that doesn't quite cut it, suss out the Casale Ricci Bed & Breakfast. Both are just a short drive from Turin International Airport, which is 75 kilometres from the centre of town.
