Brilliant is the only word to describe my stay. Billy, Kaye and family were great hosts. I was made to feel at home and was even invited to a family meal in the garden Beautiful location, with a lovely garden area for guests. I would highly recommend this place for the friendliness, food, location and hospitality Thank you

As others have already said I found the gentleman ( sorry I did get his name but cant call to mind at the moment) very friendly and helpful. The room was everything and more than can be expected for this sort of price with all the normal facilities. Again as others have said it is a little way away from anywhere for evening meals but this was known going in so not an issue. I had a room at the front of the house so there was some road noise but its not a big roads so was not all night and I may be a bit sensitive to this as I live on a farm with no traffic. All in all very happy and may well use them again when travling back and forth to work.

Look no further book this place!
Billy and Kay are fantastic hosts! They made my stay for my sons graduation trip the best! The Scottish breakfast was spot on! Just book this place. The only thing was the Wi-Fi password should be printed out. We were exhausted from traveling so we didn’t really use it.

This is a lovely place to stay. Clean and spacious room with en suite. Owners are absolutely lovely. So nice, polite and accommodating. Breakfast in the morning was excellent with a wide choice of well prepared food, cooked fresh for you. Would highly recommend staying here and will definitely have this at the top of my list when in the area again.
