Composed of 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen opened on large living room with TV, bathroom with bathtub. Nice terrace overlooking interior garden, ideal for a brunch in the sun.

How to come
From Aix-en-Provence TGV train station (high speed train outside of the city): take the bus line L40 and arrive straight to the last bus station in the terminal (Gare Routière d’Aix en Provence). From there, head on Avenue de l’Europe toward Pasino, and wal for 300m. Turn right at Boulevard Ferdinand de Lesseps, and walk for 250m. Destination will be on the left (number 265), after the Carrefour City Lesseps.

From Aix-en-Provence city center train station: head toward Gustave des places > Traverse du Cirque > Avenue Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, past Hotel Renaissance (on your left), take the stairs (in front of you) and turn left on boulevard Ferdinand de Lesseps. Destination will be on the right (number 265), after the bridge.

Delightful Aix Stay
Gracious host Erwan was very helpful. The apartment has all the modern conveniences and a wonderful balcony. Quiet. Easy walk to the big fountain at the base of the Cours Mirabeau. Would stay there again.

Lovely spacious apartment
The property was very nice, lovely and clean and has a large balcony which was lovely in the evening sun. Felt very safe here. The property is a good ten min walk to the edge of town, not ideal for those with walking difficulties. The host was excellent and very helpful, my only criticism is of Vrbo for the property location it pin points as it’s inaccurate and misleading. However the host does send the full address details where you can see the true location. Overall it was a great place to stay

Modern apartment near Aix center
The apartment is very new in the redeveloped cultural (music and stage) area of Aix. It is about a 10 minute walk to the fountain and old town. Elevator, triple security and washer/dryer make it easy to navigate. Note that parking a car generally will be a 10 minute walk to the central 1800 car facility, as street parking is not easily available. The host is terrific.
