The baths overlooking the ocean were great. The lobby has been renovated with a stunning view. Our room was old and while still nice in need of refurbishment.
We have two bookings at Ginpaso. The confirmation were at i) 152910064560 for two rooms (one for Mr. Chung's two people family and one for Mr. Leung's four people family) and ii) 154643907173. In checking in, we found there is only booking ii) above are with bath room inside the room though the facilities as stated in each of the conformation statements are with Bath Room Facilities inside the room. We try to fight with the hotel management as well call in to Hotel.com to seek help. Though we spent one hour in talking to your agents as well 30 minutes to the hotel management team, we were still unable to get all three rooms with Bath Room. They admit their fault but no remedy possible as the hotel is totally full. Please take it as my official complaints to both Hotel.com as well as Ginpaso and I demand to have 50% room rate discount on the Leung's 4 rooms booking under confirmation number at 152910064560 as the Family are suffered with no Bath Room Facilities inside their room as quoted in the conformation facilities which is indeed a breach of contract.

Great onsen, beautiful meals.
Saw the photos of the outdoor onsen. Was fascinated by it. It took 30min to check in. I emailed them 4days before to enquire about transport. But no response. Seems that they didnt know english. The onsen didnt disappoint luckily. The dinner was beautifully presented and delectable.
The Ginpaso is an excellent Japanese-style hotel overlooking the Seto Inland Sea. Although it's designed with Japanese tourists in mind, non-Japanese are made to feel welcome. The rooms are comfortable and immaculate. The food is superb, and the hot spring is the best way to relax after a long day of travel or sightseeing.
The RIHGA Hotel was an amazing place to stay. Go for the baths and love the rest. The hosts lined up to bow to us when we arrived with the women all wearing kimonos. We slipped off our shoes and put on slippers which we wore the whole time we were at the hotel. Our shoes reappeared when we left to go out. The room was a traditional tattami matt room with futons to sleep on with a view of the ocean. Then the onsen, the baths, were the best part. The baths overlooked the ocean and so you were in lovely hot water listening to the waves crash on the beach and the birds flying and chirping. The breakfasts were amazing: beautiful presentation and little dishes just kept arriving, everything being really good. We also ate dinner there two nights with the same wonderful experience. The hotel recommended two excellent restaurants for the other two nights we were there. The staff's English was okay, but they clearly don't get many foreigners at their hotel which for us was a plus. The whole staff bowed to us when we left. Wonderful.
