Our stay was very nice but I had been given a Hotels.com gift card which Hampton Inn could not honor even though I had booked our room on the Hotels.com website. That’s very concerting as the daily rate was higher than normal but I knew I had the gift card to help offset costs.

lack of service for senior citizens.
it was not as friendly for senior citizens, no bars in the shower tub area and a slick bottom in the tub. also the elevator was a bit confusing.
