Everything was great, new, clean, and fresh. A/C was nice and quiet, even had a personal room air filter. Very safe area in and outside of the hotel. Separate couch from bed area. Bathroom and shower is very clean! And luxurious. Breakfast was good. Will stay at other hyatts in the future.

The room was beautifully decorated. However, our room faced the street and we could hear the traffic. They did have a sound machine in the room to help drown out the noise which was thoughtful.

Wasn't Prepared to Work

The moment i gave my name at the desk, the clerk proceeded to tell me that "Expedia never sent "a card" confirming my reservation, and that i would need to call and "straighten it out", before we could check in. I had no idea what she was talking about, and instead of saying she would get someone to try to straighten out the mix up. She was trying to put me to work. A manager came over and got it resolved and we were able to check in. Needless to say it shifted the vibe of the evening. Not pleased.

Very nice

Excellent service, beautiful room, and wonderful breakfast. Overall, very clean and comfortable, but a few surfaces needed to be wiped down, and the shower gel and shampoo were empty and almost empty.

The Hyatt did not disappoint. It was clean, provided breakfast, and had a pool! The hotel is located right next to the highway. If you are looking for a place to eat or shops, travel to the other side of the highway and you can find just about everything from Target to Macy’s and a large number of restaurants. Would stay here again.
