Nice location, hospitable stuff

Our family of four stayed one brief night in Riad Meknes as a stopover during a drive from Tangier to Merzouga. While we didn’t have too much time in Meknès or the riad itself, we did enjoy both the town and riad. Our room was spacious and we loved the lovely decor throughout the riad and the interesting layout. We had a quick dip in the pool and wished we’d had more time to use the garden courtyard. We did get lost in the medina while trying to find the riad to check in - and Google maps had a role in leading us astray - but we only found it thanks to some kindly locals showing us the way. I’d advise ignoring Google maps and making detailed arrangements with the riad on how to find it in advance of showing up.

They charged me more than I had already paid through the app. The staff were rude. There is no parking space available as advertised on their website. Moreover, considering the room is small and overcrowded, there is nothing that justify the experience. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone."

The worst stay in my life, and I contact hotels but no help, they dont understand my conplain. Sewage smell Very dirty You need to wait up to one hours to get inside. Twice the neighbours calls the owner. You are in middel of the old city. DONT. After this experience I dont trust hotels.com
