Villa Altos de Santiago

The Villa Altos de Santiago is located on the edge of one of the "hills" that shape the bay of Playa Santiago, situated 150 metres above sea level, this villa offers one of the best views of the area, with several terraces in the rooms of the house, as well as an outdoor pool to make the most of the panoramic views.

It should also be noted that the house is open only to the sea, offering maximum privacy and tranquillity.

The villa has a total of 5 bedrooms spread over two floors.
-On the upper floor there are:
Double suite: 1.80m bed with private terrace and private bathroom with bathtub.
Single suite: 2 single beds with the possibility of joining them and a private bathroom with bathtub.
-On the middle floor there are:
Double suite: 1.80m bed with access to terrace and private bathroom with bathtub.
Double room: Double bed with access to the bathroom shared with the single room.
Single room: Single bed with access to shared bathroom.

The common areas include:
Bright living-dining room equipped with Smart TV and outdoor terrace with chill-out area.
-Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, etc.
- Lower living room with access to the barbecue with dining table, pool table and access to the pool.
-Swimming pool with incredible views and toilet, option to heat, at an additional cost.

The outdoor swimming pool is heated, however the heating service is not included in the cost of the reservation. If you would like this option, please let us know so that we can turn on the air-conditioning at an additional cost.

On the other hand, for reasons of hygiene before the COVID we do not have any type of food in our accommodations, including the basic ones of kitchen (oil, salt and pepper).
