Lovely villa for family hokiday

We had a great week here and loved the pool and especially the shady seating area, perfect for reading and siestas! The kitchen area is quite compact but there is an also a barbecue and we walked into town most nights (15/20 minute walk with a decent choice of places to eat). The small supermarket at the end of the road was very handy. Vasile was very friendly and helpful too

Family holiday

Wonderful stay for our family to celbrate husbands 60 th. Made very special by cake by manger Vasile and champagne by owner. Thoughtful and supportive with any concerns we had during our stay. Lovely view and very comfortable home.

sehr schöne Lage und viel Platz

Die Villa hat eine sehr schöne Aussichtslage und ist gut ausgestattet. Teilweise war das Haus nicht so sauber wie erwartet, aber der Besitzer hat sofort reagiert, wenn wir etwas beanstandet haben. Auch Vasile war oft da und hat nach dem pool und dem rechten geschaut. Alles war wie auf den Bildern, nur die Küche ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und relativ zweckmässig ausgestattet. Toll war die Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine und auch der Pool (nicht beheizt) und der schöne Garten. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, da man zu Fuß nur 20 Minuten zum sehr flach abfallenden Strand kommt. Es gibt zwar nur einen Zugang zum Strand (da der Rest unter Naturschutz steht) dafür gibt es Schildkröten, Enten, ...

une equation qualite des prestations vs Prix a revoir

Maison bien placee et communication aisee - mais des equipements qui ne sont pas en adequation avec les prestations: Lave vaiselle en panne pendant une semaine, fenetre ne fermant pas, pas de canape pour plus de 2 personnes a l'interieur, bains de soleil de bas de qualite - cuisine ne permettant pas d'etre plus de 4 personnes.

Villa dans un cadre vraiment tres agreable et avec une superbe vue. Proprietaire tres gentil et informant. Nous avons egalement apprecié la piscine chauffée. Cette ile est vraiment top. Merci pour ce sejour !!!

Maison très agréable, très belle vue.

Nous avons séjourné en famille dans cette très belle maison avec une magnifique vue sur mer. Nous y étions fin octobre et avons la chance d’avoir un temps magnifique et avons profité de L’île au maximum qui est un petit bijou de criques avec eaux turquoises. La piscine est très agréable également. La maison est très belle, très propre, très bien placée pour sillonner partout sur l’ile et l’accueil par vassile sur place était très bien. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et facilement joignables et disponibles. Merci

Wunderschöne Insel und tolles Haus

Wie hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in dem Haus. Das Haus ist sehr schön ausgestattet. Alles für einen angenehmen Urlaub ist vorhanden. Der Pool und das Haus waren sehr sauber. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und dem Hausmeister waren vorbildlich. Den Pool konnten wir, auch wenn dieser unbeheizt war, im Oktober viel nutzen. Die Lage des Hauses bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Ciutadella (35 Min.),Mahon (20Min.), Alaior (8 Min.) und diversen anderen Dörfern und Buchten. Man sollte sich aber bewusst sein, dass der Ort Son Bou ein reiner Touristen-Ort ist und dessen Angebote insbesondere auf englische Touristen abzielen. Der näheren Strände von Son Bou, St Thomas und Cala n Porter sind aber sowohl in der Hauptsaison als auch in der Nebensaison einfach nur wunderschön. Herzlichen Dank an Xavier und Herrn Vasile für den tollen Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!!

Magnifique

Villa superbe et parfaitement équipée, vue exceptionnelle, piscine très agréable. Supermarché juste à côté avec tout le nécessaire. Xavier est très sympathique et très disponible et il donne de bons conseils. A proximité de la villa, on peut accéder à un chemin un peu sauvage qui conduit à l'extremité de la plage de son bou. Au bout de la marche, c'est le paradis. Nous venions pour la première fois à Minorque et tout était parfait.

Bellissima casa, moderna nell'arredamento, completa di tutto piscina sempre pulita dal simpaticissimo Vasile, a disposizione per ogni inconveniente. Il proprietario Xavier ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie al nostro soggiorno, compreso info sull'isola. Assolutamente consigliato 👏

Perfekt 🏖

Wir waren zu dritt 10 Tage in diesem wundervollen Objekt. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und dem Hausmeister vor Ort war tadellos. Das Objekt selbst ein Traum! Ruhig gelegen, mit Supermarkt um die Ecke und das Meer vor der Tür. Alles wunderbar!
