This property looks nothing like the pictures there is a strong me of some type of chemical within the hallway also toilet water begun leaking from the ceiling to have people spend their money and the property isn’t in good condition is ridiculous close down until repairs are done total waste of money

When I booked this property, I was not aware that it was undergoing a major upgrade/refurbishment. Some areas of the hotel were under construction, however the 3rd floor (where we stayed) was completed and the room was very nice. The furniture was new and modern, end tables had USB-A and USB-C charging capabilities built in (pretty cool!). The pool area and fitness area (small, but adequate) were not impacted by the construction. The Staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was quite good. Once finished, this hotel will be a great place to stay.

The hotel was under extensive renovation but regardless, that did not affect our stay at all. Our room was immaculate and obviously was very newly renovated. The bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet with no traffic noise or sounds from other rooms. I would definitely stay here again. Hopefully the rates don't increase with completion of the renovation.

Stayed 2 nights. Nice room, clean. Construction was going on. Mostly that’s fine and I wouldn’t care, however we got in at 2 am and by the time we went to sleep it was close to 4am and I really had little hint of what we were in for. A few minutes before 9 we started hearing pounding and very loud drilling, with the loud crashes of a dumpster every 5 minutes, it turns out our room was right above this dumpster. What I don’t understand with that was, did the over night staff member have no other rooms, especially considering the late hour. Or if this was the case perhaps a heads up and an apology for the inconvenience could’ve been a nice gesture. I found most interactions I had with people at the front desk not that friendly or helpful. I said nothing about the noise. The lady at the desk the following morning was particularly rude. I had 2 interactions with her myself and then saw one with another guest in ahead of me, and saw her being notably nasty toward what seemed to be a pleasant employee. I wish I got her name, but I didn’t. There is one distinguishing thing about her I suppose I could say to “narrow” (hint hint) her down, but I wouldn’t want to be rude like she was. I’m sure I couldn’t be the first to experience this persons unbecoming attitude and demeanor. It amazes me when companies in general but certainly in the hospitality business would put people like that at the forefront for customers/guests to have to interact with. Otherwise clean and quiet at night.

Great stay!
The room was great except for there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Also the shower diverter valve didn’t work great and the shower head was hard to adjust. Otherwise the room was fantastic: clean, great A/C, super comfortable beds and looked freshly remodeled.
