Nelson Cottage is a refurbished 70s cottage home with a relaxed vibe, a fantastic mix of retro, modern and original influences throughout.

High on the Mir Mar scarp, it has views south to historic Mt Clarence, is centrally located between the Albany CBD and Middleton Beach, and is just 300m from Bluff Rock Reserve.

There is an EV charger for use by guests, open plan light and bright living, a fully equipped kitchen, super comfy queen size beds, and desk in a separate room for a home office space.

Outside, a wide north facing patio extends the full width of the home and forms part of an enclosable rear yard. Sunny in winter and cool in summer, the patio is a great place to enjoy a wine, hang out with kids or make provisions for your pooch.

A shed in the rear yard is used by owners for storage and may be accessed on occasions by them.
