The breakfast was good. The staff was dressed in hoodies and sweats in the morning. So i thought they were guests. Also the lobby was under construction. Yet i would say a good experience.

Always ready
Even though there was renovation taking place we still enjoyed our stay. The workers were never in our way. Still had a quality breakfast, the room was still neat and welcoming and the service was phenomenal. We really liked the 2 day service for our room.

Clean and convenient. Great options for breakfast. Hotel was being remodel but still a nice and clean environment. I would stay here again. I only wished they provided microwaves in the rooms. I had to go dowmstairs to warm everything.

Good stay just did not like that I stayed 5 nights and room did not get cleaned at all any of those days..I had to keep calling for towels and rags.Plus construction was going on so it was a little noisy at times but not bad.Breakfast was disappointing and coffee was always cold so had to go get breakfast every day Staff was nice so that was good.

Worst night
First the hotel was under renovation with no mention of this when booking. The construction was supposed to stop at 6pm and had to contact the front desk at 7pm to inform them that they were still working. There was two rooms full of unattended children under us screaming, slamming doors and when trying to contact the front desk there was no one available to handle it. We had to find the parents of these kids and have them take care of it. Needless to say we got no sleep which ruined the rest of of weekend.

Nice staff, old hotel under construction
When we first checked in only one room was ready, we couldn’t checkin to 2nd room at 3pm when we got there we had to check in at 930pm, the front desk person was not accommodating as could have been given circumstances. The next day the fire alarm went off three times with no one being clear if we had to exit or not. The construction worker said it was due to housekeeper spraying too much Lysol? The housekeeping staff and the one gentleman at the front desk at checkout were pleasant and greeted us kindly and were friendly. On 2nd night Kids were banging on doors from midnight to 1 am. Then screaming arguments at 3 am and another at 4 am with a teenager kicking hotel doors out of anger. I was so exhausted didn’t have energy to complain properly. I, just wanted to leave as soon as we could.
