Modern and well kept building and facilities. Staff was extremely courteous, helpful and ready to serve. Lou at the front desk was exceptionally helpful!
The front desk staff was wonderful. Its a bit of a noisy area being right by the hospital but the bed was so comfortable i fell asleep quickly each night. The sports bar in location had a delicious shrimp dish and the server was wonderful.
Although hotels.com mentioned that we had indeed a paid reservation, once we arrived at the hotel, we had NO reservation.

My room had no blankets or pillowcases. When I called, I was given one flimsy blanket and about 8 pillowcases/ I don't even think there were sheets on the bed. Luckily, I had my own sleeping bag, and bottled water which I got from my car. There was no bottled water only an ice machine. I wondered if they sanitize the remotes. At 12:30a bunch of drunken, obnoxious people showed up right next to me and were carrying on for an hour- I stayed there because I work at the hospital and there was a snowstorm and I had to be there early the next day. I wound up only sleeping for about 4 hours.
They only give you one tea bag and 2 cups of coffee in the room. The local area is a complete dump-run down and dirty, so I did not feel comfortable walking around once it was dark. Will probably stay off Wolf Road the next time around even though I will have to drive 20 minutes to work. I did like the soap and shampoo, and the heat worked well but I still expect better from a hilton.
