The hotel is conveniently located to Albany airport, and the hotel does have a 24/7 shuttle service, which was great! The reason I gave it a 4 and not a 5 was because the family next to us had out of control children who were running up and down the halls screaming well past 11:00 PM. The hotel staff did respond to our requests - more than one - to speak to the parents, but the parents obviously didn’t care or had no control over their kids.

Clean with good amenities. Staff is friendly helpful. 24-hour shuttle service to the airport with very little wait time. My only complaint is that the walls are on the thin side—made it a bit difficult to sleep as my neighbors were up and talking loudly until after 2 am.

The water was slippery and sticky due to the water softener being set too high. It created very unsafe conditions in the shower and was terrible trying to rinse soap off my skin and out of my hair.

We flew into Albany on one of the last flights in for the evening. We booked Tru Hilton due to the close proximity to the airport. We got our rental car and the hotel was 1/2 mile away! Since we were headed out the next morning on a driving trip. it was the perfect place to stay.

no soap at bathroom sink, when I asked about refilling/replacing the canister, I was told NO MORE with explanation product was not order/delivered; no towels (I had to take towels from the housekeeping cart; halls not vacuumed; beds left unmade; I emptied the garbage cans myself; the power went OFF briefly at night & once restored the phones didn't work & the WIFI remained down so couldn't call the desk. I paid $20 more per night than I could have if I booked closer to my arrival date. VERY DISAPPOINTED. understaffed & staff was idler more than busy; not directed to perform necessary tasks. Mismanaged
