This property is in serious need of repair and upgrades. The walls were dirty l, carpet was sticky and nasty, and the curtains were falling off. The parking lot is not well lit at all and creates a very unsafe environment.

Our room was comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly. Room had multiple outlets to plug in chargers. It was within walking distance to a couple of restaurants. Please be aware airport shuttle service was limited to during the day only. After hours the hotel uses another nearby hotel shuttle but communication between the 2 hotels wasn’t seamless. It was helpful to be present at the front desk when the call was placed.

The whole hotel is a disaster. It's falling apart and it smells of wet , air conditioning doesn't work and they give you a standing fan to cool the room. the toilet is totally clogged. It was a nightmare

Room wasn’t the cleanest. Chair was dirty and stained. Black mold in corners of bathroom shower. Security Lighting in the side and back parking lots didn’t work. Side gate into parking lot wasn’t locked even though there was a sign on the gate saying to always keep locked. Outside trash cans overflowing. Pigeons pooping a LOT on area by side entrance. Breakfast was ok. Very limited on selection.

The hallways were not clean, breakfast was minimal. Lots of food was out and there was still 2 hours left to serve. Person taking care of the breakfast came into the area, looked and left. No supplements were brought. Cleaner knocked on our door at 9:30, even tho check out is at 11:00. She seemed put out that we were still in the room. We normally stay at Comfort Inn when we travel. This was definitely one of the worst.

Accessibly lacking
We had to check out early because although our room was labeled "accessible", the bathroom was poorly lit with minimum grab bars. The bed was too high for my wife and she needed a step stool to help her. A staff member found a child's booster seat and we improvised. I was told by a staff member that the accessible rooms are located at the end of the halls for quicker exiting. The problem for us was that the exit next to our room led to the parking lot and it was a very steep grade as soon as you hit the sidewalk, which made very difficult to walk outside. We left after two nights and went back to a previous hotel for the remaining 2 nights of our stay. I was told by the front desk clerk that if I wanted a refund for the remaining nights. I was to call the Manager on Monday. I called once already and after 10 rings, the phone automatically disconnected. Maybe somebody from Hotels.com will see this and help us but i don't know, ever since Expedia bought them, customer service lags.
