front desk personnel were very attentive and checked us in and out with no problems at all. The downside was with the bartender. My wife & I wanted to have a drink and maybe dinner at the hotel. Nobody was at the bar or restaurant. The bartender seemd perturbed that we showed up. He said the hotel guests were all downtown. He got upset because he had to "dirty" his area by tapping a new keg. My wife asked for a mojito. Ten minutes later we asked if he was going to make the drink. His answer, "the hotel does not order mint". He did not offer any other drink. He said he just wanted to go home to his dog & cat. I felt embarrased for the hotel. This guy was certainly not a team player. I reluctantly left a $5 tip to maybe show him not everyone is negative with life. Juan Aragon

The bathroom needs more attention. The fan did not work and seems to not be working for some time. The shower curtain showed what seemed like mold. The toilet leaked from the tank and on to the floor

The rooms were digusting. My family and I booked 6 rooms and all 6 were terrible. The bathrooms were dirty or the locks were broken, one of the room smelled straight like cigarettes even though they claim to be a non smoking facility. The WiFi barely worked. Shuttle services were weird, a bunch of us called asking the same question of when can we book the shuttle if we’re are landing at the airport at a specific time and they told us to call at baggage claim. Well we did that and they said that we have to book it in advance??? Like make it make sense. The area was horrible, homeless people walking in and out of the property and druggies outside on the parking lot harassing us as we get into our cars. The worst establishment and the most unsafe city I’ve ever been in and I’m from Baltimore lol

I did not like all the taxes applied to the fee. I’m also reviewing my charges, It was to my understanding that I had prepaid 1/2 of the total charges (for two nights) and it did not show at time of check out.
