The hotel is an older property, but clean and typical for an Doubletree. Unfortunately there was construction with a jack hammer that began at 6:30am. Parking is an additional $20 to stay. I was charged for two nights. Made a phone call to clear up and was told they will take care of it. Overall our stay was what I expected.

We had a bad experience to be honest. Our refrigerator in our room did not work. We had to throw some groceries away because we didn’t realize until next morning. My wife went to the front desk at 8:30am to notify front desk and they said they would get right on it. Well, we went to Santa Fe for the day and purchased more cold items figuring it would have been handled. It wasn’t. I went back down to the front desk and notified them again around 6pm. We then had to go to a grocery store to get ice to try to salvage what we purchased. We also were amazed there were no USB ports in the room. Only outlets. We had to share the same adapter to charge our devices. We stayed at lesser quality hotels and they all had plenty of ports for us to use. Lastly, they was no body wash in the container in the shower and no bar soap either. So, I was very disappointed in our 2 day stay to say the least.

The room itself looked clean but the rest room was small and pretty dirty! They had no hand soap I had to go down and grab some! There was some exposed wiring to the room air conditioner, definitely wouldn’t stay again!

We found mouse droppings in the bathroom and what seemed to be a water leak (pool of water neat toilet). Someone came and checked it for leak and dried up water. We were charged $20 to park and the next morning I received a thank you email from Double Tree saying parking was available for $17. The room we were in had an adjoining room door. Around 12:00 midnight who ever checked in next door tried for 3 minutes to open the door while banging and sounding like kicking the door. Then the laughed and giggled for the next hour . Not what we expected from a Double Tree hotel. I reported the issues the next morning and was credited the $20 for parking and she apologized for the other guests. We have stayed there in the past (a couple of years before) and we’re very disappointed in the hotel this time.

we had a late check in so the airport shuttle wasn't available for us. When we arrived the room we reserved wasn't available for us so we had to take an alternative room because there was no other option. We stayed in that room for the duration of the stay because we didn't want to unpack only to move rooms when the original became available. Housekeeping in the room was terribly inconsistent. We asked for the room to be cleaned which it was once (after the first of five nights) but after that the garbage was never pick up, the coffee machine not restocked, no vacuuming of the carpet, we did get towels one day but for the others, we had to help ourselves from the housekeeping cart in the hallway. Overall the hotel was fine but nothing special and the amenities were limited or closed so I would think twice about returning to this location.
