Pool area not monitored.

Our stay is always great but this time the pool area was full of kids and they were jumping into the hot tub. Parents were there but were drinking alcohol. The kids were rude and parents didn’t care. I let the manager know in the morning when we check out and she was so sweet and gave us a free stay. The pool area should be monitored more in the evenings. That would help keep everyone safe in the pool area.

Great Hotel!

My daughter and I had a great stay here! The staff was super friendly, the hotel and our room were both very clean and comfortable. I booked one of the king suites and the room was huge! Location was also great. Super close to a variety of food & shopping options as well as a big movie theater. There was plenty of free parking in the hotel lot too which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!

I stay here often. Customer service is the best starting when you check in to the staff that serve in the dinning room. There was a time last year that I did not feet welcome. I’m so pleased that Drury management has resumed making sure I feel welcome.

This isn't a review but a warning to those who stay there. Me and my family stayed at Drury last weekend. We checked out in a rush Saturday morning to only later realize that my wife left her wedding ring along with another ring by the sink. I called a couple times to let them know and was told they'd look into it. Never heard back. My wife went in person to talk to the manager and was told the same and still haven't heard back. It's been over a week and it's obvious that the person who cleaned our room took it and management is doing nothing about it. I know my wife is at fault for forgetting about it but just a warning to those that stay there that someone in the cleaning staff has sticky fingers so be warned. Don't forget anything valuable because ot will be stolen.

Two night visit for Family Visit

Booked the stay at Drury because they are great. They have wonderful accommodations, great amenities, free breakfast, evening get together with decent food and drinks that are all included. Their beds are very comfortable with great pillows and linens. However the second day upon arriving back to the hotel after being out all day there was a sewer odor in our room. We were on the top floor and it was coming from the toilet, apparently they had an issue with the sewer venting. I had to keep the toilet bowl filled with water to block the odor. Whenever the rooms around us flushed it would draw down the bowl and I would have to refill it to stop the odor. Otherthan this issue it was a great hotel. Wonderful and convenient location, friendly staff, decent breakfast and evening food. Highly recommend this hotel.
