Upon arrival, the property was unclean and appeared very old. When entering the lobby of the hotel there was a strong smell of tobacco cigarette, and a perfume like smell trying to cover it. We got checked in. The employees were pretty average employees. No long waiting time and fairly friendly. The elevator seemed a little unsafe and very dirty so much so that we didn’t let the kids touch anything in there. Once we got to the floor where we were expected to stay, we were hit in the face with straight cigarette smells. After walking down the hallway trying to hold our breath, we finally approached our room. When unlocking the door, we noticed a huge gap between the door itself and the door frame. Once we got in the room, the smell of cigarette seemed worse then in the hallway. After discussing with my husband, we decided to ask for a different room. The lady at the desk was very accommodating and got us a new room immediately. Unfortunately the room was on the same floor as the previous one so that meant more cigarette smell. We went to the newly assigned room in hopes of it being better than the last, and it did smell better, but it just felt dirty. Again, not letting the kids touch anything because of how dirty and grimy it felt, we looked around and decided that we would feel better staying somewhere else. Since we chose to opt out of “free cancellation” while booking it, we were loosing out on 2 nights stay worth of money and the money spent for another room elsewhere.

I like the location it has a good view from the parking lot very open and beautiful. So much so I put in to stay for the next 5 days just to enjoy the peace and quiet of the scenery. The staff is very respectful and polite. Morning breakfast exceptional. Great photo all around. Thank you guys.

Gross tub in 2 different rooms
Would be a great stay but the bathtub was gross. I moved rooms and the 2nd one was worse. They need to be resurfaced or something because both were disgusting. Place would def be a 8/10, instead it’s a 2/10. WiFi was also terrible. Rest of the place seemed clean and felt comfortable. Only stayed for one night and after swapping rooms I just decided not to shower, sleep and move on.

Was only needing to lay our heads down during a cross country drive. Room had a smell of pizza. Water in tub and toilet ran all night. Noisy, close to highway. Hair (head and body) in the tub. Bathroom could use some work. Beds were clean, not comfortable. Pillows were terrible.

There was a violent man staying in room next to mine that should’ve been thrown out and he was intoxicated and shouting bad language in balcony
