We have been charged twice for our stay on our credit card. We have filed a dispute. When we checked out we questioned the two charges and the gal at the desk said she was seeing only one charge, but card has continued to show two charges.

Hotel Review

Great place to stay only had two complaints (1) I requested a rollaway bed for the room when reserving the room we rented two double bed room. When we checked in they said we would have to upgrade to a king to get a rollaway...not cool (2) The Food Market prices are way too high ...$7.00 for Ramen Noodles...$4.00 for bottle of soda. Everything else was wonderful and will be staying here again.

Revolving Rooms!

We moved rooms 3 times! the first night the heater shocked my daughter and turned off.. moved to a room with wet floors and no bathroom vanity The last room was better but only had 1 bed. At that point we were tired of moving rooms

Horrible. Front desk mixed us up with someone else and told us we were blacklisted. When asked why, she didn't know. Called corporate, they said it was not true and yet they still canceled the reservation without telling us. Drove from California to New Mexico and no notice of any cancelation. Thank goodness Quality in and suites albuquerque west was kind and easily booked. Thank you Quality Inn. Have the day you deserve LaQuinta

This property needs a major update!!! The rooms are clean but the furniture is dated and dirty. The only reason I stayed there was because of the west side location making it easier to leave the next day. I WON'T BE STAYING AGAIN UNTIL A RENOVATION OF THE PROPERTY HAS BEEN DONE!! I'm surprised La Quinta allows them to continue using their name!!

This is the dirtiest La Quinta I've ever been to. The room doors have frequent damage likely due to police hits. Atleast the security guard looked like he was on a SWAT team, but that's needed for this hotel. I wouldn't stay here again.

Gross!!!!

The worse hotel I’ve ever stayed!! It was DIRTY! From the floors to the vents for air everything was dirty. The room smelled of dirt! The last time this hotel was inspected was in 2021, it is Dec of 2024!! There was something wet on the elevator floor. There were guards all over protecting the place! Not safe and not a place to stay for any traveler!!! Do not spend money to stay here!!!
