Great front desk personnel suffering the technology not cooperating. Hard working staff. Breakfast staff nice, courteous, friendly. There was a faucet issue at the bathroom sink Where was the hot water at the sink? The Bistro next door was a HUGE disappointment. Though recommended by staff at our hotel, the bartender seemed stressed, never came to our table, tables weren’t bussed, RUDE, and we left without any table service

Room was filthy. The sheets slipped up from the mattress and we saw there was a huge nasty red (blood?) stain on the mattress. We had no WiFi and all our food and drinks froze in the refrigerator. The place is very run down.

Indoor pool are so warm. The place is clean and good place to sleep. Would like have full size mini fridge - the small freezer is so small that I hardly put my ice pack in there. Would like have microwave in the room too, instead of going down to the cafe/lobby to use their microwave.

I loved it. We had a room with a sliding door out to the courtyard. It was very nice with a dog.There was a pool, hot tub and workout room in the courtyard. Dining was offered on the premises.Breakfast was pretty basic.
