We were moved 3. Times to a different room. The maintenance for the rooms was lacking First room the tv didn’t work along with the lights not working the air conditioning was very noisy and a door to a cabinet would not stay closed On the second room the door key card would stop working and we had to go down to the front desk to have it reset. The staff then moved us to another room Mostly this room was ok but we did find a safety hazard with the wall outlet was loose and falling off the wall

I stayed there on 2 separate trips recently. There was no Internet for 3 days and 2 nights of those trips. The hotel was not concerned about this and expressed no interest in resolving the problem. The breakfast offered was limited and not substantial.

Pet-friendly rooms on first floor were great! Several good options to walk our pooch. Indoor pool is nice. Facilities are a little dated, but clean.

When we check in and got into the room we co7ld not get into the restroom it was locked and she said she will call security 20 min went by so i walked back to the front desk she goes here were just moving you mind you i have been traveling from California to Texas and i was so exhausted but needed a restroom

The querque hotel is my favorite in Albuquerque. The rooms are always clean and staff is always friendly. $50 USD deposit for incidental for out of town folks. I love the pool and quiet vibes.

Some of the he doors to the parking lot and the courtyard did not work. We stayed at this hotel repeatedly during the week and the hotel did not correct the door aforementioned door issues. Furthermore, the complimentary hot breakfast had limited selections. One is better off to go to a local restaurant for breakfast rather than eat the poor quality food that is offered for a complimentary breakfast.

This is a decent, clean place! Great value!

This is a decent, clean place. I stay here several times a year. My only complaint is I seldom get hot water in the bathroom sink. If I do I have to let it run for several minutes. Shower has plenty of hot water. Front desk was out of regular soda. All they had in the cooler was Diet Coke or Coke Zero this trip

Nice place to stay.

A little older of a hotel but i find it to be in a safe area, easily accessible, decent price. It has a covered pool area, nice garden patio area around it, pet friendly i believe. Also love that it has balconies that you can actually open and step outside for a bit. Beds could be upgraded but they aren't terrible. Overall all good stay.
