The front desk was unfriendly. The pet fee wasn’t obvious on the website. They put us at the very end of the hotel (down corridors that felt like the end of an airport terminal) even though the hotel was nearly empty. The room was cold and they only provided one thin blanket. Furniture beat up.

It hasn’t really had the upkeep it needs… had some plumbing problems and the sauna and jacuzzi were in disrepair. Breakfast was a bit lackluster. Sleeping accommodations were fine, however.

The hotel was over all good for our over night stay. Bed was clean, but the rugs and shower were dirty. The rug had some large stairs and the shower had bar soap residue still on the soap tray.
