Just 7 kilometers from the coast of Alcúdia, this impressive 18th century estate offers a private pool and plenty of space for 16 guests.
Different furnished terraces, a large garden and a private pool of salt of 16m x 4m and a depth of 0.9m 1.9m characterize the exteriors of this possession .There are 16 sun loungers where you can enjoy sunbathing and if you want to cool off quickly there is an outdoor shower as well. The finca offers a winery that you can visit at your arrival but closed afterwards.
Surrounded by nature, this ancient farmhouse has fantastic views of the countryside and the mountains. It is a perfect place to enjoy time in family, with friends or in a group, with total privacy and surrounded by almond, olive and vineyards. In the annex there is a small gym and two bathrooms with washbasin, toilet and shower. The farm stands out for its private winery, to which our guests have access.
The industrial kitchen has a gas hob and all the necessary utensils you might need to prepare your favorite dishes and surprise your loved ones with a banquet. The comfortable living room and the spacious dining room, both with air conditioning, offer to share chats and laughs. The laundry room is equipped with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The eight bedrooms are distributed on two floors, four on the first floor and four on the first floor. All offer two single beds with an own bathroom with a bath or shower, air conditioning, wardrobe, mini bar, television with satellite, safe and oil heating. We can provide up to two cots and two high chairs for our younger guests.
The estate Son Simó Vell stands out as an agricultural estate where extra virgin olive oil and wine is produced, as well as oranges, lemons, garden products and eggs from our happy chicken - and all within reach of our guests! The land measures more than 340.000m2, much space for the manufacture of our products and for our clients. The northern coast is less than 8 km away and features dreamlike beaches such as Can Picafort, Playa de Muro and Puerto de Alcúdia. Supermarkets, restaurants and shops you will find in Alcúdia or Sa Pobla.
