Spectacular villa consisting of three levels, situated in the privileged urbanization of Bonaire, and only 200 meters from Puerto Cocodrilo. The interior of the villa is of high quality and very well kept.

Located in a very quiet area, yet only a 5 minute drive to lively tourist spots such as Puerto Alcúdia and Puerto Pollensa. Cala S'Illot, in la Victoria, is only 3 minutes away.

The villa has 4 bedrooms - one with en Suite bath, 3 bathrooms - one with a hydro massage bath, and is fully equipped. Outdoors there is a garden and a swimming pool. Garage for 5 cars.

Beautiful House
The house is beautiful—just as seen in the pictures. The communication with Anna was very fluid, and the beach is walking distance from the house. Alcudia is a great place, about 45 minutes from Palma. You definitely need a car to move around. Great stay!!
