I don’t like the fact that I completed my reservation over one month ago and, since then, have yet to receive my deposit refund. I’ve also been given several refund dates by different associates. My stay was nice, despite seeing a bedbug, but I’m utterly a disappointed customer.

The general manager harassed my teenage son and threatened to call the cops on him because he was throwing rocks in the back of the building away from everyone at the ground. And she threatened to call the cops. This happened within 20mins of Check in.

The property was clean only one elevator that worked and housekeeping was holding it up on the other floors. I usually don't mind taken the stairs but I was not going up 8 flights. Also the bed was so uncomfortable we checked out by 6:30am to get home. Didn't have a chance to enjoy the free breakfast.
