This hotel was okay. For the price I expected more. The room was spacious but unattractive. The lighting was horrible. The bed was rock hard and sheets were starting to pill. The bathroom was good size - open to the room but the shower and toilet were each separated in glass enclosures. Breakfast was okay. Good selection. They had room service which was quite convenient and not terribly expensive. Food was decent. Great club sandwich! The shuttle to airport was easy. You can also walk to airport but a little bumpy for luggage. We were on fourth floor and street noise was noticeable but to be expected with location.

Excellent hotel next to airport

Stayed here one night because of a flight delay and were very happy. Superb staff, beautiful rooms, great pool and spa facilities. Would stay again. Just to note, it is convenient to airport, but not so close to sights in Lisbon.

Close to airport with convenient shuttle. Clean hotel, great service. Appreciated the little touches like the complimentary cookies, chocolate candy for the kids and little bottles of Porto. Only complaint is the restaurant inside the hotel is only ok with slow service.

We had an excellent experience at the hotel. The place is very close to the airport (4min walk) and they also have a shuttle. The rooms are very nice and clean, staff is very friendly and the restaurant food is amazing. We were very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Highly recommend it and definitely coming back.

Very nice airport hotel. Only five minutes to the airport on the shuttle. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The bathroom is in the room with the shower and toilet separated by translucent glass, a watch out if you are traveling with multiple people. Bellman was very helpful with a lot of luggage. Breakfast was included - always a bonus!

Less than 5 minute walk to airport terminal. Very fast check in. Friendly bar staff and great bar snacks/food at reasonable prices. Will definitely use again as airport hotel in Lisbon. One tip is if you only have hand luggage just walk to hotel as it is much faster than the transfer shuttle.

Out of the 6 hotels we stayed at during our visit to Portugal, this was the most expensive and the one that we rate the worst. It was a new hotel but didn't live up to expectations. Staying near the airport obviously limits the ability to walk to conveniences, but we expected our hotel stay would be more enjoyable. Instead, our room was next to an ongoing convention. The DJ was on the other side of the wall from our room. The pounding from the bass was intolerable. The front desk said it would stop soon, but when they went to verify they were told it wouldn't end until midnight. We had to repack our belongings and move to a new room. Upon entering the new room, there was a stench. We opened the window but it turned out the sink in the room (which is not in a separate enclosed bathroom) was clogged and the stench was likely coming from the sink. We didn't want to switch rooms again, so we just kept the window open. The one thing we did enjoy was the Room Service order, which was very good. We tried to order the same sandwich the next day at the restaurant, but were told you can only get it at the bar, even though it is the same kitchen for both. We ended up ordering an expensive meal in the restaurant, which was average quality, even though it was our most expensive meal in 2 weeks in Portugal. The "free airport shuttle" didn't show up and we had to walk to the terminal. So much for the convenience of the "5-star" airport hotel. Never again.

Highly recommended. Staff is excellent. Friendly, helpful and very easy going. They enjoy their jobs and this comes out in their service. . You can walk to the airport and the underground. The underground is only three stops to the train station, that takes you anywhere in Portugal. The restaurant is great, nice free breakfast.
