Hotel ok, room & breakfast ok. Tried to eat at Cafe Bar, but NEVER got our order. Waitress NEVER gave us silverware or napkins, but every other table she graciously greeted them, provided placemats, plates, napkins & silverware. We ordered our food before 3 of the other tables and when they had all finished their food we asked bartender where our food was and waitress had never submitted. We left without eating. Note we were the only Americans in the Cafe Bar and we have to think our waitress hates Americans as she was fine with all other customers. Hotel promised shuttle starting at 4am and running every 15 minutes when we checked in. We came down, checked out and were outside at 4:25am. Shuttle was outside but no one present. I went back in and older man at reception said shuttle wouldn’t run again for at least another 15-20 minutes. So shuttles scheduled every 15 minutes doesn’t happen at this hotel. We walked from hotel to terminal va waiting. A VERY disappointing stay.

Staff so lovely and super helpful. The rooms were comfy and clean, and also well equipped. Loved the spa too and the food was great in the bar area. Amazingly close to the airport, it’s even walkable.

It was a nice enough hotel, great location for the airport, but there is absolutely no soundproofing. My room was roadside and the traffic was so noisy and constant all night so I didn’t sleep much either night. You couldn’t hear planes so it was strange. I’ve never stayed in such a noisy hotel for cars passing. The bathroom is basically the bedroom so there’s no privacy at all. I was on a solo trip but I’d not book if I was travelling with anyone else, including a spouse, because it’s just ridiculous. Also for some reason the rainfall shower head wouldn’t turn on. I tried everything and could only use the adjustable shower head, which was really low down. It meant washing my hair was an annoyance. The bed was very firm. I didn’t mind but might be an issue for some. The breakfast was included. Started at 4am for at least 6 hours of service. They have a few vegan options which was appreciated. They also had gluten free things too. Staff were friendly. It’s a real shame as if there wasn’t the issues with street noise (and lack of bathroom privacy) I would stay again. However the main reason for a hotel is to sleep.
Tried everything but rainfall shower wouldn’t turn on. Very annoying having to use the lowdown showerhead to wash my hair.
