It lies 470 kilometres south of Rome, the capital of Italy.

Does admiring sunsets and ocean views tempt you? Organise a day trip to Cefalu Beach or Capo d'Orlando Beach.

There is a range of natural attractions just outside of Alia. Why not travel 20 kilometres to Monte Cammarata Nature Reserve? Alternatively, enjoy nature's artwork at Macalube Nature Reserve, 45 kilometres away.

Whatever your faith, you're sure to find yourself enchanted by the tranquil aura of Church of Santa Maria della Grazie.
