Beautiful resort. Great for families. Staff were phenomenal.

This resort is consistent, we've been here a bunch of times and quite frankly it's our favorite adults only resort in Cancun. We always book Serenity Club and request Eduardo as our Butler, he has amazing attention to detail and always delivers. Thank you Eduardo for your service! The entire staff in this resort is genuine, friendly, helpful and hard working. Upon our last visit we have seen multiple employees that are still here, years after our first visit, it tells a lot. Their staff manager Anna is doing a great job. Our room was spacious, comfortable and always clean, the pools are well maintained and I would say that entertainment has gotten even better since our previous visit last summer. There are multiple different options for those who prefer to be active and looking for fun as well for those who seek relaxing and quiet experience. Plenty of chairs, towels any time of the day. The food is above average for all inclusive resort, we never had a bad meal and really enjoyed all the restaurants. We loved the new concept dinner with live dancing show in Tahini, it was super fun. Special thank you to our Butler Eduardo, Degre the pool concierge, Fer and Geronimo at the pool service and Marcelo and Santiago at Olios. Our room was always spotless and fresh as Diana took a great care of it for us as well. We already booked our next stay in the summer, can't wait to go back!

The Property is just beautiful. The beach area is not very swimmable due to rocks, so bring water shoes. But, it is a beautiful beach. The entertainment was great. They have different types of bands every night. The dance type shows were very professional with great costumes. The fire dancing show outside was the best. The restaurants were good. The buffet could be good if you used the stations where they made hot food. They always have fresh fruits and vegetables. Overall this resort met or exceeded my expectations. We had a great time.

Huge property but we learned it very easily. Excellent staff and the pools were warm unlike the Jamaica Moon Palace

A very nice and comfortable proprty. Plenty of dining options. Excellent grounds. Nice and relaxing atmosphere. A bit more work removing plastics from the beach would be desirable. But overall - one of the nicest adults only resorts we have been to.

Tuvimos que pasar la noche por un problema con nuestro vuelo. El hotel un 10! La pile nos salvó! Fuimos caminando a la terminal al otro día.
