The entire staff was SUPER friendly and went out of their way to get me what I needed. But, the rooms are so outdated, rundown and don’t feel clean at all. This hotel needs a major facelift and renovation. I loved the front desk girls though!

Because of the rundown condition of the rooms, I would never stay here again. It did not feel clean and the rooms need an update like never before. For a Hilton brand, I was pretty shocked. However, the entire staff was above and beyond with friendliness and helping to make sure I had what I needed. They were the only great part of the stay. 5 stars for the staff, 1-2 stars for the hotel.

If you’re choosing this hotel because they have a hot tub, make sure you call to check if it’s operable. It was out of order during our stay. Room was clean however and it WAS dog friendly.

The hotel is conveniently located near airport. It was very clean and reasonably priced. Unfortunately it is adjacent to a warehouse and there were trucks pulling in and out all evening/overnight. Hearing the back up noises and them hitching and unhitching trailers all night was not pleasant.

The room and place were fine overall. Parking was a bit crowded but not a major issue. I was not happy the hot tub was out of service. I specifically booked this hotel for that because my wife and I were running a road race and want to use it afterwards for therapeutic/recovery reasons. Unfortunately the last 4 out of 5 hotels(not all were Hiltons) I have booked have had this issue. It was not listed on the hotel website.
