From the moment you walk into the lobby, you’re greeted with a smile. The staff is very attentive and friendly. It was also a nice surprise to wake up on Christmas morning and see a cute little stocking on our door.

The pool has cold water. The shower water is also cold. Nobody cleaned the room, even though I asked at the reception. They told me they would do it and nobody did.

Reception was excellent. It’s a very nice property. My only complaint is that the AC/heating unit was very loud. I turned it off but still loud (not as much). It’s located at the foot of the bed so not conducive to good sleep
