At the time of booking, pets were allowed then sometime later the policy changed. After checking in we were bringing in our dog at which time we were told we couldn’t stay. We were told that our charge paid at time of booking would be refunded but none has been given. The Hotel was chaotic and some of the staff rather rude.

Elevator broken - used for storage. Hotel could not provide fresh towels for second day - they “ran out”!…Had to drag suitcases up stairs as no working elevator… they ran out of coffee cups at breakfast … breakfast offering horrible ! But staff was friendly !

The lobby, breakfast area, and bathrooms were clean. The floors in the room, rugs in the hallways, and coffee maker were dirty. The fridge would not stay cool and spoiled all our leftovers.

This Ramada has been recently remodeled and lovely. Clean, fresh, good breakfast and easy parking. We need an access room and this one was the best we’ve ever had.

Overall, good stay. The only negative thing we had about this hotel was there wasnt an eas way to access the facility. You had to go in from the side, travel down a dark, unmarked road to get to it. If you approached it from the wrong direction you had to go through hoops to get across the island to be on the right side of the street to go the back way in.

The worst place to stay. We traveled with 2 autistic children and since we arrived at this hotel the front desk staff were rude and discriminatory towards us. We spoke to the manager and told him about the situation we went through and he told us that this employee is bipolar and that if she likes you, hopefully she will take care of you well and if you are not lucky, this employee will make you live a true hell during your stay in this hotel as it did to us. I do not recommend it nor will we ever return there. Beside that, the road that leads to this hotel is very dangerous at night because it is a road full of undergrowth without lighting and far from the road.

The hotel was clean but if you stay for more then one night they do not give you clean towel unless you ask, they emptied the trash in the room but didnt clean anything and didnt even make the bed. The pool wasnice butno towels.
