I asked for late check out from the night worker because I'm a travel nurse and I would be coming from doing a 16hr shift I would be arriving around 7:15am and I would be returning back to work at 3 he wouldn't accommodate me very rude. But the female worker the next morning gave me a additional hour

The room was absolutely dirty. Couldn’t even walk on the floor. Broken furniture. Dog hair on the floor, TV barely worked. Unsafe to go in parking lot. A horrible experience. It appears to be a place where drug activity. We are from Florida and we were going to stay there for a month or so but it was just very uncomfortable.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! I made the mistake of prepaying for a 3 night stay on Expedia. We arrived at the hotel and our room was filthy, not just hadn't been cleaned recently, but hadn't been clean EVER! The room was noisy with people loudly loitering outside the room making us feel very unsafe. We went to the front desk to complain and they couldn't care any less. They told us we could get a full refund through Expedia since we had only been there for 5 min. We immediately checked out and booked another local hotel on Expedia. I immediately contacted Expedia who contacted the hotel. According to Expedia, the hotel would not refund the room charges although the hotel had already agreed to it. I escalated to another representative and am still trying to get my money back. Expedia should support their customers safety and the cleanliness of the hotels they are advertising.

This place was disgusting! It had roaches, the ac nor the freezer worked so we were switched to another room! There are a bunch of crack heads on the property! Any inconveniences will not be solved! The worst hotel I have ever stayed in!

Wood Spring is most convenient for travel in the Lehigh Valley. It's relative seclusion is offset by proximity to the Nazareth Pike. The room is large, bed is very comfortable and the bath is perfect for one of my physical state. Kitchenette and tv are exactly what I needed. Parking is convenient and security is excellent. Staff is very helpful.
